How does it work?
Once you know which items you would like us to assemble, just request a quotation here. Provide as much detail as possible and we will come back to you with a price and suitable time slot. The agreed price will be payable on the day of installation. Easy.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently serve Liverpool, The Wirral, Chester and the surrounding areas. If you are located more than 20 miles from CH44, there may be a small extra charge but please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
How much does it cost?
All quotations are bespoke and based on the items that you would like us to assemble. We have generic prices here to give you an idea of possible cost. The price in your quotation will be the final price to pay.
How can I pay?
Our preferred method of payment is by a simple bank transfer or debit or credit card on the day of installation. We also accept cash. Our assembler will require full payment on completion of all items and a receipt will be provided.
How long will it take to build my items?
This depends on the size and complexity of the items. For example a small table will take less time than a complex wardrobe, trampoline or shed.
What if there are parts missing?
We will carry some generic spares that will hopefully do the trick. In the unlikley event that we cannot complete the job on the day, we will do all we can to return as soon as possible when you have the missing parts.
How much space will you need?
Do you offer any other services?
This depends on the size of the items being assembled but a good guide is enough space for the item to be laid down on its back in its packagaing plus a few feet around it to work in. Ideally, to prepare for our assembler, the items will be as close to their final position as possible so there is less chance of damage when being moved.
Yes, we also can mount your TV to the wall, hang mirrors and several other “handyman” jobs. Just get in touch and we can discuss your requirements
Do you take away the packaging?
Whilst we do not dispose of your item's packaging, we will gladly move it to your chosen area ready for disposal. We will of course always leave the work area as tidy as possible.
What if I need to cancel?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. If you do not notify us within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged our minimum fee of £40.
